Keep the same payment plan and continuous membership and your membership rate will not increase during your first 24 months.
Healthcare support throughout the year
Use the services when you need them, subject to the service limits shown below.
Unlimited Virtual GP
Unlimited phone or video GP appointments, with appointments available from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.
Mental health support
Access to a 24 hour support line plus up to six structured counselling sessions, subject to the service terms.
Physiotherapy
An initial assessment plus up to six follow up sessions with qualified physiotherapy support.
Dietitian support
An initial assessment plus up to three follow up sessions with qualified dietitian support.

Eligible dependants can also access the included digital healthcare services. We will send family access instructions after activation.

Driver medical reminders
Tell us when your licence or medical is due and we can remind you in advance, helping you stay organised and avoid last minute renewals.

The named member can choose one Annual Driver Benefit during each eligible 12 month benefit period.
Driver medical contribution
Get up to £55 back towards a qualifying driver medical when it is due.
Monthly members: your allowance becomes available after six successful monthly payments.
Need your medical sooner? You can still complete it after joining and submit your claim. We can hold an approved claim until your sixth monthly payment has been received.
Annual members: you can submit a qualifying claim straight away. Reimbursement is released after 14 days.

Blood pressure monitor
Choose a Driving Health approved home blood pressure monitor as your Annual Driver Benefit.
Keep an eye on your blood pressure between medicals, record your readings and discuss with a healthcare professional if you are worried or concerned.
The monitor is yours to keep and can be used throughout your membership.
No cash alternative. Home monitoring does not replace medical advice or an official driver medical.
Free eye test & eyewear benefit
Receive a Specsavers eye test voucher plus up to £50 towards glasses.
If you choose a more expensive pair, the £50 is deducted from the price.
If you do not need prescription glasses, the £50 can be used towards eligible sunglasses.
Important: the voucher must be presented at the appointment and cannot be backdated to an eye test or purchase already completed.

Clear eligibility from the day you join
Your Annual Driver Benefit becomes redeemable after 14 days, provided your membership remains active.
Your Annual Driver Benefit becomes redeemable after six successful monthly membership payments, provided your membership is active and up to date.
Need your medical before your benefit unlocks?
An eligible driver medical completed on or after your Driving Health membership start date can still be submitted. If you are not yet eligible for reimbursement, the claim can be held and considered when your benefit becomes redeemable.
A medical completed before your membership start date is not eligible.
Give yourself time to plan.
Tell us when your next medical or licence renewal is due and we can remind you in advance. Medical reminders normally begin around four months before the date you give us.
You can turn these service reminders off at any time.
You will not pay twice.
If your employer later provides Driving Health membership for you, your individual membership can move onto the company arrangement from the agreed company start date.
Monthly personal payments can stop when company funded cover begins. If you have paid annually in advance, the unused part of your individual membership can be refunded on a pro rata basis from the company start date, subject to the Membership Terms.
Changing who pays for your membership does not create an extra Annual Driver Benefit or reset a benefit already used during the same benefit period.

Membership FAQs
Can I claim a medical I had before joining?
No. To qualify, an eligible medical must be completed on or after your Driving Health membership start date.
What if my employer pays for my medical?
The individual medical reimbursement is intended for eligible personally funded medical costs. If an employer or another organisation pays or reimburses your medical, you can choose another available Annual Driver Benefit instead, subject to the Membership Terms.
What if my employer later pays for Driving Health?
Your individual membership can move to the company arrangement. Personal monthly payments can stop and unused prepaid annual membership can be refunded on a pro rata basis from the company start date, subject to the Membership Terms.
Do my dependants get their own Annual Driver Benefit?
No. The Annual Driver Benefit belongs to the named Driving Health member. Eligible dependants receive access to the included digital healthcare services.
Do I have to receive renewal reminders?
No. Reminders are designed to help you plan ahead, but you can turn them off at any time.
